PLEASE NOTE Terms of membership/personal training:
-Uppercut Gym does not Transfer, Hold or Refund Memberships, all sales are final.
-Memberships will automatically be activated two weeks from date of purchase.
-Uppercut does not extend class packages past expiration date.
*Members that sign up for the Auto Withdraw
-Uppercut requires a 10 day notice for canceling or any change in membership. This change in membership must be emailed to lisa@uppercutgym.com.
- Auto Withdraw will be processed 4-6 business days prior to the 1st of the following month.
-Unused classes DO NOT roll over to the next month. All auto memberships have a 30 day expiration from the first of the month to the first of the next month.
Gift Certificates:
-All gift certificates purchased have a 1 year expiration from date they are purchased.
